Birmingham is at the heart of England and we're glad to say that it attracts many people from all walks of life.  We attract many international visitors whether they are here as a student, for business or pleasure and that's the way we want to stay.

We are very welcoming and our airport deals with millions of passengers flying into Birmingham International Airport. There they can get advice on where to stay, what to do, where to change money and how to get about the place.

Additionally we have two great tourism centres in the Rotunda and the Welcome Centre, both on New Street in the city centre. Both centres are happy to help with any questions you might have and you can purchase travel and show tickets here too.

People arriving here from abroad have a wide choice of accommodation. Whether at Birmingham Backpackers or Brindleyplace, the city centre hotels or an apartment on the outskirts, you'll find a base from which to explore.

There's so much to see and do. You could take a walk along the canal side, enjoy the Gothic and Victorian architecture, visit our famous Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, see a show at one of many theatres, look around The Jewellery Quarter or take in a sporting event. It's all here waiting for you to discover.
