1.    This competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner must provide proof of age.

2.    Employees connected with this promotion from Marketing Birmingham, any employees of third party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw.

3.    The closing date for entries is the end of the month, with a winner each month, last closing date, 30-06-09.

4.    The prize includes entrance to a concert in Birmingham for 4 people. The concert will be chosen in conjunction with the winner according to performance available in the month of their notification.

5.    No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. No multiple entries allowed.

6.    Winner(s) will be drawn at random on the first Monday of every month (last notification 06-07-09) and will be notified by telephone.

7.    The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.    The Prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or different option.
